Great location, charming rooms with interesting décor, superb breakfast with vegetarian options, and friendly staff willing to help. The courtyard garden is a wonderful tranquil oasis. Will definitely return in the future.

As longer term business travellers, we were impressed by the great decor and the good size of the rooms at The Queen. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was spot on. We also appreciated the large bathroom with both a shower and a bath. The location of the hotel was also convenient for our needs.

We felt completely relaxed during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

Quaint hotel with best employees with a member of the reception staff.

Exceptional, nicely decorated with a lovely foyer. Early check-in, smart employees at check-out. Fab scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, cakes and bangers at the restaurant for breakfast. Late check out.

We enjoyed staff and location at this venue. The restaurant here was very warm with friendly staff, we both ordered delicious dishes.

The Premier Collection experience was exceptional. The decor was tasteful and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bed linens, which made for an incredibly comfortable night's sleep. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

First class staff and location, very enjoyable short stay in a mystery hotel.

The whole place was exceptionally clean, I enjoyed it, and had great staff and location. The hotel had a very nice restaurant in the bar tried to book in you restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at The Queen hotel. The location was excellent, being so close to the train station and bus stops. It made it easy for us to explore Cheshire Oaks and the city center by foot. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, providing us with a comfortable stay. The breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options and the service was friendly and efficient. the hotel was opposite the train station, which was convenient for our travels.

The paper cups for tea and coffee were a bit disappointing.

Actually everything was modern, my next choice again in Chester. The location was very central, absolutely perfect and opposite the station. I tried some drinks at bar Artichoke, located 10 minutes walk away.

It was a very good stay. Huge unit. Moreover, the hotel was near Grosvenor Park.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the station and in the communal area filled with Roman motifs. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were exceptional, and I was impressed with the quality of the breakfast menu and the friendliness of the staff.

Everything was nice: staff and amenities. The rooms with a clock in the room as well as ironing board.

I had a great stay here! The location is fantastic; right opposite the train station and within easy walking distance of the canal and other attractions. Staff were very courteous and helpful, and the room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. I loved the period style furnishings, and the sitting area was great for relaxing after a long day.

Recommended for families.

The staff is efficient here, the services are good, and location is perfect really close to the train station. Cosy room with comfortable beds. The food offer is outstanding.
